Update: Beijing Bootcamp 2012 Kick Off date change

The kickoff date for Beijing Bootcamp 2012 in Chaoyang Park has been changed to Sunday evening at 5:30pm.

We meet at the east side of the stadium in the park (close to the east gate).

PLEASE NOTE:I start a warmup run from West Gate #3 at 5 - nothing too fast.

For the month of May, here's the deal:

1) first class for free (as are all Human In Motion classes - ask me for info on other classes)

2) May is the earlybird special at half price for the whole season - until November 1st. If you sign up this month, bootcamp is only 300 for 5 class packs. Drop-ins for 80rmb, and for 12 Week Challengers who sign up in May for the whole 12 week challenge at 60 rmb per class they will be reimbursed 50% of their money at the finale party upon completion of the challenge after proof of completing the challenge.

3) There will be only Human In Motion coaches running the classes to ensure quality coaching is provided. To register, please email Steve at physbomb at (@) gmail.com.

Everyone is required to sign a safety waiver form before joining the class so if you plan to bring friends, please have them contact me at least 48 hours in advance so I can prepare the necessary paperwork.

4) Due to various fitness levels and health situations of everyone, please inform me as early as possible of any ailments, past injuries, health conditions, previous fitness experience, etc, so that I can provide you with the most suitable exercises possible.

The class is as hard as you make it for yourself but it's only body weight and partner weight. I'll oversee all of you as best I can.

Go slow, listen to your body, respect your partners, be communicative to them AND ME if you ever feel uncomfortable or unsure of something BEFORE you begin an exercise or continue when something feels wrong.

5) Please bring at least 1 liter of water to keep hydrated. Hand towel. Yoga mats are recommended. Proper sportswear - runners, shorts, breathable clothing. Heartrate monitors are recommended.

Since Saturday, May 5th is the opening party for the WHS 12 Week Challenge and I'm a sponsor, I have to move the initial bootcamp to Sunday, May 6 so that I can attend the party.

You're all welcome to come. Most of the Human In Motion team, including myself, are joining the competition for fun so you're not alone!
