Whiski Jacks Rock4kids is one of our favourite local fundraisers here in the Okanagan. This annual event at Whiski Jack’s Pub in downtown West Kelowna is held in early December.
It just goes to show what we at Best Pennywise Tips always say about small business owners and their staff - they are a generous bunch of people! So many of them go out of their way to support their local communities.
Please support local small business here in the Okanagan - or wherever you live.
We know that often the support small businesses in the Okanagan give is done quietly and without a lot of fanfare, but NOT...
Whiski Jacks Rock4Kids
This One Day Only Music Packed Event will get you in a real rockin' n rollin' feel-good Christmas mood.
So how do you support them?
There are 2 great ways to support this local fundraiser; do one or both!
1. Donate! Want to donate something for the auction?
Call Seth (his contact info is below) at Whiski Jack's with your donation for the auction. Thank you for your generosity!
2. Celebrate Music and Bid on the Auction! Set this day
aside to enjoy the music. If you can't make it, you can always go in early to bid on some of the fabulous items in their auction.
Oh, and, thanks for supporting them – and all local charities.
One of the most well-known annual traditions at Whiski-Jack’s Pub is their fundraiser, Rock4Kids.
Rock4Kids is an all day Rock ‘n’ Roll event held every December at Whiski-Jack’s Pub with local bands performing on stage from noon till midnight.
Between sets there are 50/50 draws & live auctions!
All goods that are auctioned off during this event are donated by local merchants from Kelowna, West Kelowna and area.
Whiski Jacks Pub, teamed up with Power 104 FM, has raised over $15,000 for local children. in just one day!
For many years now, this Music and Fun packed event has accomplished all this in just
one day! (After a lot of weeks of work behind the scenes by many people)
All proceeds raised go to “Kelowna Kids Care Society.”
